Marvel Virtual Fitness offers virtual personal fitness training sessions and virtual group training sessions that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home.

1-on-1 Virtual Personal Training:

My personal training sessions are 100% virtual and are designed specifically for you. After you’ve completed your initial fitness assessment, we schedule an introductory session to discuss your goals. Then you can select 30- or 60-minute sessions with packages that range between 5 and 15 sessions. Sessions do not expire and are transferable.

Virtual Group Training:

Live virtual group training class offerings vary on a month-to-month basis. Package deals are available for purchase and all enrolled members receive free 24/7 on-demand access to pre-recorded virtual group training sessions.

Yoga:

Jump into some comfy clothes, grab your mat, and get ready to cleanse both body and mind. Whether you’re new to the practice or a die-hard regular who puts the “warrior” in Warrior Pose, there’s something for everyone in my wide variety of class offerings. Sessions: 30 minutes ($25); 60 minutes ($45); beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels are available.

Pilates:

Improve your posture, focus on bodily alignment, and sculpt a stellar set of abs. This low-impact exercise strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and targets the core through slow and precise movements. Sessions run for 45 minutes and are priced at ($35).

HIIT:

There’s nothing more satisfying than sweating through a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) session. All HIIT classes utilize your own body weight and combine strength and cardio training for a challenging full-body workout. Levels vary between beginner, intermediate, and advanced; sessions run for 35 minutes; all virtual HIIT sessions are priced at $25.
