As a personal fitness trainer and owner of a virtual fitness studio, my main goals are to lead, instruct, and motivate clients to work toward a healthier tomorrow. To cater to a wide audience, I offer two convenient services—Virtual Group Training and 1-on-1 Virtual Personal Training.
Many people find that group classes offer a sense of camaraderie and motivation. Sometimes they can even provide the extra nudge needed to do one more pushup or one more quad-burning squat. Whether you’re in the mood for a low-key Pilates class, a butt-kicking HIIT workout, or even a mindful and relaxing yoga session, I offer a dynamic range of live and pre-recorded classes.
Live classes vary on a month-to-month basis and include beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in the categories of yoga, Pilates, and HIIT sessions. Single session classes can be purchased individually. A membership to Emma Marvel Virtual Fitness can be purchased monthly or annually and includes full 24/7 on-demand access to all pre-recorded classes, 20% discounts on 6-week package purchases, and 10% discounts on 1-on-1 virtual personal training sessions.
